milo and mi amiga

yes! i we ran last sunday. we weren’t able to register for the 10k though (no more slots even on 5k, so we ended up being registerd on 3k – kiddie run). but we decided anyway to “go further” (back print of the milo marathon shirt) and ran for 10k.. regardless if it’s official or not.

and to all who pledged for my run last sunday, i thought of making my “Run to Bring Hope”, my run-for-a-cause instead. as most of them pledged per kilometer i’d run. i want my run to be official for the kythe kids cause. so there. on sunday, ok? don’t worry.

that sunday was a reliever for me. for days, that day wasn’t grey and gloomy. i’ve disclosed earlier how deep in sh@t i am now. but to run, especially with a company who somehow unburdened you by simply listening to your grief, and even shared a nice big breakfast with you on a sunday morning at grams diner is indeed an ultimate help.

amiga, you know i enjoyed the run…and i enjoyed your company. more of your reassuring hugs please.

Congrats on your run. Iba talagang stress reliever ang running. They say there’s some hormones of endorphines that’s being released that makes you feel good when running for some time. Anyways what ever it is, running is indeed a good stress reliever

Hola dearie, it was indeed a great run coupled that it was with you… definitely it was one great experience, walking and not running… and finishing 3k in like an hour and how many minutes… bwahahaha… well, we did 10k anyhow!

Remember i told you that this something that will “rock your boat” for whatever reason it happened, you will know probably when you are in “down under” which is like a few months away…

Many times we might need this kind of shit… just to realize something… go to the mountains as you say… i will chant for your peace of mind…

Besos mi amiga, promise to send the pics… I DO REMEMBER! I KNOW!
